Our charming home, built circa 1800's, updated with addition's in the 1930's and brought into the 21st century, totally revamped and modernized, 2020. Located within walking distance of downtown Historical Smyrna, where charming pubs and stores await you. Enter your quarters, through the 'Milk Room', pass your private full bath, by the spiral staircase to your spacious private bedroom suite, nestled below a cathedral ceiling on the second floor. Oh, Dover Downs and Wesley college are close by This is a private section of the home just for guest and only the guest. Which includes private entrance, private outdoor sitting area, full bathroom, large bedroom with a living room set as well. The room also has an area with a table and two chairs for either to sit and eat, work or just play a game! Private entrance and a private back door that will lead you directly to the private sitting area just for guest. I have self check in, using a lock box. I am available should an issue arise, and always available to assist or answer questions, during waking hours! Quiet, cozy, small town atmosphere, where strangers are future friends that you have simply not met yet, kinda place. Driveway parking is provided. Please keep to the left on the driveway. Walking to downtown Smyrna is 10 minutes if you are out strolling around. An Irish pub, with genuine Irish fare, pints of Guinness and so on, a small distillery, a delightful café with surprising treats, and other little nooks and crannies awaiting exploration. Lakes to drive to, and a small beach, 15 minutes drive. Dover, just 12 miles south, and Wesley College, a similar distance. Parking is plentiful, around town, in our driveway and also in Dover. Rehoboth beach, although is close by, parking availability depends on the season.
