Music tavern - mini-apartment

The large tavern is located in a terraced house in an elegant setting opposite the equipped park. It has a piano bar and a private bathroom. It is well lit by a window and a door window that opens onto a private outdoor area of relevance with a small flowerbed. The room is furnished with accessories that recall the owner's passion for music and cinema. The bed has two squares with the possibility of a further folding bed, complete the table and armchair furnishings. The tavern is a space traditionally used as a cinema / music room. It has a sound system and a video projector as well as a spot for chromotherapy. It is an environment with attention to detail, with even a piano bar, decorated with posters of famous films and concerts. In summer it is converted into an elegant suite to accommodate travelers who come to visit the beautiful Salento. There is a very comfortable double bed and the possibility of adding, given the large space, an additional single bed (cot) if necessary. The piano bar has a small sink with both cold and hot water and an induction cooking plate as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A corridor leads to the private bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a bidet and a shower. The tavern has an open terrace where guests can decide to have breakfast or even dinner in the moonlight. Guests can access the tavern entering from the main door of the house and, going through the living room (not available to guests), go down a well-lit flight of stairs. Although there is a common area (entry) I am hardly ever at home so privacy is almost total. I live alone in a very large house, I am a person very willing to help, if need be, and tourist-cultural directions and suggestions. The house is located in the Castromediano district on the outskirts of Lecce, far from traffic but a few minutes from the center with which it is directly connected by the main road (via Leuca). The area is newly built and the house stands in front of a brand new park surrounded by greenery, frequented until the evening by families with children and sportsmen who are jogging and exercising. The historic center is about 2 km away and it takes about 25 min on foot along a single wide street (Via Leuca) that connects the neighborhood to the center, in a succession of small shops, shop windows, typical restaurants and not until you reach Porta San Biagio which is one of the three entrance doors to the historic center remained intact. Obviously by bicycle (two available to guests) it takes less than 10 minutes. I have two bicycles that I can lend to guests for free, there are many bike paths nearby and the center is easily reached by a 5-10 min bike ride. The house is protected by an advanced anti-theft system and a video surveillance system on the exterior that also includes parking (free) on the street in front of the house. It is a very quiet neighborhood but for greater security even cars parked on the street front are constantly monitored by cameras.
