Ostra, Full Moon, Rising Sun close to the Sea

The fully renovated kitchen, is conducive to those wanting to cook for themselves. Much of the art around the house is made my Maria. both of the sleeping areas have their own unique flavour. One has the view and the other is the zen room that was once the mediations, dance & movement space. I an also arrange for the local Masterchef, Michele to come in and cook creative grommet meal based in Italian tradition with a twist of other cultures.. There is a sunny sojourn area where can watch the birds dancing in the sky on a sunny day or the clouds rolling across the sky as a storm comes in from the sea. We have a lounge room set up like a theatre room with Apple TV to access your own iTunes account. You can then go to your Netflix, Prime, other such accounts. It is a cosy home in winter and an airy home in summer, with plenty of fans available when needed. Apart from the 2 main beds and divan in the sojourn, we can also accommodate lager families or more friends with 3 extra mattress and a fold out bed. Guests have access to the entire home which comprises of 2 bedrooms, TV lounge, day time lounge with double divan, large kitchen dining area, bathroom with toilet, laundry with toilet. Ostra is a historic town very close to Senigallia the sea side resort city. you can easily walk around Ostra. There is a bus to Senigallia around every 2 hours depending on the time of the day From senigallia you can take trains traveling north and south along the Adriatic side all the way to Puglia . from there you can talk the train to the town of Falconara Maritima and take a train to Rome I need to mention again that there is only 1 shower and that it is small. It is fully functional with good water pressure. When I have many guest we try to have showers are different times. So when you are commenting on your stay please don't criticise the bathroom. On that note the town has a high amount of calcium in the water, therefore it is difficult to remove that stains with non toxic products. We chose to use non toxic products because we care about the earth and try to do the best we can to have a minimum impact on the environment. if you are not from italy you will not be familiar with the waste collection system. There is a food compost bin under the sink that when full gets put into the brown bin on the side of the Laundry door. This bin is collected on Fridays and Monday and in Summer Also Wednesdays. There are 4 bins in the Pantry. starting from left to right. First small bin is the for general garbage, this gets out into the green bin on the left of the Laundry door and put out for collection on Tuesday. next is the White bin this is for paper and gets collected every second Saturday. Next is the Yellow bin that is for plastic and metal and is collected every Thursday. finally the glass bin which is green and get collected every Monday. We want you to enjoy yourselves but with respect to the neighbours, keep the noise down after 10pm. We will not tolerate parties. The families living above and bellow would let us know immediately if they noticed an influx of people and extra noise. As I have already motioned the kitchen is well equipped. Feel free to use the Juice extractor, blender and food processor. There is a draw full of a large variety of herbal teas and another draw full of herbs and spices for cooking, please help yourself.
