Keepers Quarters,very large and full of character.

The Housekeepers occupies the top floor of our old house. It is large, spacious and characterful and has a twin bedroom with a basin, a double bedroom with a basin and a large fully equipped kitchen. There is a central hallway and family bathroom with bath and electric shower over. The large sitting room is unique with a barrel shaped ceiling. It is a lovely place to relax in with far reaching views across the hills and onto our very large walled garden, which guests are most welcome to enjoy. The accommodation is in the picturesque village of Nether Stowey. There are 3 pubs in the village and there are ore excellent pub restaurants nearby. The sea with the north Somerset Jurassic Coast is 4km away and a great place to explore and walk. The Quantock Hills are situated in the first AONB to be listed in England. Walking , mountain biking and horse riding are popular pursuits. We live on the site so available 24/7 should the need arise. We like to be discrete and not disturb our guests. There are 3 pubs, a post office, two general stores, a butcher with a fresh fish counter, fire station, medical centre, library and a veterinary clinic in the village. We are very central to many tourist attractions and the North Somerset Jurassic Coast. Waling routes are plentiful and very popular. We are at the beginning of the Coleridge way and Quantock Hills AONB Cycling routes are plentiful and mountain bikers are keen on us not promoting it as they like to keep the place a secret. Bus schedules are not good so a car would be desirable for getting around. Good taxi service.
