Casa Livia is just 4 minutes away from Pula, 30 minutes from Cagliari and just 15 minutes away from marvellous Chia and Tuerredda beaches. Casa Livia is set at ground zero in a vintage cottage, in more than 100 sqm, and it is composed of a kitchen, a dining room, one bathroom and three bedrooms, surrounded by a couryard and a veranda. To our guest, a washing machine, crockery and cutlery , A/C in the dining room, Tv, towels, sheets and blankets are available. Guests can check-in from 13:00, and have to check-out before 9 am. According to our availability, we might be able to offer delayed check in/outs. Animals are permitted only in the courtyard (covered spaces available). Host is available to any request. Host will be available during your stay at Casa Livia, and will be easily reachable by phone for any request Casa Livia is placed in a quite village named Villa San Pietro. It is well served by public transportation, with ARST bust stop just 400m away and linked with 20+ bus daily with Cagliari and Pula, Chia and Teulada. By car, it is linked by SS 195 highway, at "Villa San Pietro" exit. Inside Casa Livia 2 parking slots (in the courtyard) are available, and a covered parking for bycicles is available. At Villa San Pietro, basic services are available (shops, some restaurant).
