Spacious unit close to city, transport and airport

Large and comfortable SC unit with its own entrance on the ground floor of our Queenslander. Located in a quiet street, 4km to city centre, 3 km to RBH hospital, short walk to public transport, short 15 minute drive from airport. Shopping for groceries is only a 5 minute walk. Staying here gives easy access to everything! A relaxing space perfect for business travellers, couples or a small family for a short stay or longer. Bikeways, parklands, Kedron Brook and cafes at your doorstep. The fee includes fresh linen and towels, some basic breakfast supplies for the first breakfast or two (teabags including herbal teas, coffee, milk, sugar, breakfast cereal, breakfast biscuits, wholemeal bread for toasting, butter, jam ). Local supermarket is a few minutes away, open most days until 9pm. The kitchen (see photo) has a full size fridge, microwave, one electric induction element for saucepans, toaster and kettle. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking implements are supplied for your self catering needs. There is a portacot, highchair and small folding bed available for baby and/or small child if needed at no extra cost - please advise on booking if these are required. TV We have a keysafe at the front door and will send the code prior to your arrival. During your stay we would prefer the keys to be left in the keysafe any time you are going out which ensures they are safely there on your return - no accidentally lost keys which can happen very easily. We are more than willing to have a chat over a coffee or tea and be of help to out of town visitors. There is some local information available eg bus information, local cafes etc. Our little street is quiet and off the main throughways but Lutwyche is getting really busy with infrastructure development, many new apartment buildings and great public transport. It is close to the CBD, hospital, schools, Queensland University of Technology and parks Lutwyche is residential suburb with a newly renovated shopping mall (2 supermarkets, coffee shops, bakery, chemist, post office, 2 banks etc) close to the Kedron Brook area which is nice for walking, cycling and walking dogs. There are plenty of buses going to the city and to other suburbs like Chermside and Stafford, the nearest stops are a 1 min walk away. The Wooloowin train station is also an easy 8 minute walk away. Only a 150m walk to local Lutwyche shopping centre with Coles and Aldi. Lutwyche bus station is a 200m walk and nearby Wooloowin train station 800m. Only a short taxi ride or uber from the airport. There is free on street parking 24/7 if you will be travelling by car.
