Experience beach living at its finest in this beautiful newly renovated unit on a corner lot across from the beach. Enjoy a quiet beach holiday with family or friends with plenty of activities at your doorstep. Only 100m from the shops at Nobbys with cafes, bars, restaurants. Across from a 5km footpath for you to walk, run, skate or cycle along the beach to ever popular Burleigh Heads. Two queens beds, 2 parking spots, full laundry, spacious balcony for a relaxing beach holiday. Sunny open concept with large bright windows in every room. This space is ideal for a girls weekend or someone who wants a work from home holiday. The large dining table is perfect for dinner and drinks or a home office. There is a desk in the master bedroom, though we prefer the warm and versatile living room. Open the door out to the balcony and let the sun pour in. Sneak off to the beach for a swim or a surf check. Please use the tap at the bottom of the stairs to wash the sand off before coming inside (living this close to the beach = sand everywhere) Please note the unit is only accessible by 1 flight of stairs. We are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :( We do allow pets, within reason. Please bring the appropriate blankets/beds/cages for your pet and ensure pets are not on the furniture. Any damage caused by a pet or a guest will be paid for by the guest. Walk or ride with ease from Mermaid to Burleigh. So close to the Gold Coast Highway so you can catch the bus or drive around the city. The highlight of this place is really its location to beach and Nobby's so we recommend taking a stroll around! We live in the unit block so we are always available to help our guests when needed, though the unit is entirely separate and you will have complete privacy during your stay. On the edge of Miami beach but much closer to the heart of Nobby's. This unique location offers you everything you need in walking distance. 200m away from the Gold Coast Highway, the main thoroughfare of the city. Drive or find bus transit easily accessible to get around. The footpath along the beach allows you to walk or bike safely all the way to Surfers Paradise to the north and Burleigh heads to the south. There is lots of free street parking available though weekends do tend to get busy. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces around the back of the unit in the open parking garage at space number 6 (second from the left). This place is perfect for hosting beautiful dinner parties but please note there is a strict no party policy in place. Any noise complaints after 9pm will be taken seriously. There are awesome pubs (Bine, The Arc) and cocktail bars (Nightcap, Split) 100m walking distance. Take the party there. Please also note that it is the guests responsibility to be aware of the potential risks that covid-19 may pose on your booking, including the risk of lockdowns and restrictions to travel. Guests are welcome to cancel their trip up to the day before without incurring any fees. However, in the event of a mid-stay cancellation, we can only offer a refund for nights not stayed minus 1 night.
