Here life in spring, summer and autumn is just great. living, eating chilling and even take a shower. the river takes down temperature in the night for a good sleep. A big garden and fruit and vegetables from the garden makes the holliday perfect. Small pets type Yorkhire Terrier, are welcome. Pitbull, Rotweiler, Dobberman etc are strickly prohibited. Our house is located in a zone behind the big appartments in a large garden in a zone where before there were ricefields. Totaly private. depending on the saison there are oranges(december-may) mandarins January, lemon (all year) kaki august, avocados (december), tomatoes fresh from the garden, what do you want more. the whole house is for you, a separate cottage for garden materials is private. Smoking is probihided inside of the house. we are ourselfs living a 40 meters so in case of emergency we are there to help you. the old rice fields makes the site excepional. trainstop of Gandia playa is about 2 km. a local bus brings you to near sites and there is always the bike. we have some bikes at your disposal you can use for local shopping or discovering.
