The room is bright and spacious with a comfortable queen size bed and furniture. The house is located in a lovely street close to the North Perth and Leederville cafe strips. The I'm happy to negotiate check in and out times to assist guests. The home is close to the city (3km), bus stop is only a 1min walk for a short ride into the CBD. Location is perfect, as the home is walking distance from Perth's busy Angove St in Nth Perth, trendy Oxford St in Leederville and bustling Mt Hawthorn precinct. All three locations have popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The house has a dining room, library with fireplace, lounge room with tv and dvd player, laundry and large backyard with a bbq & swimming pool for your use. Free to use all house amenities, including free Wi-Fi (not unlimited). All bed linen, towels and tea/coffee (help yourself) are included in price. Airport pick up/drop offs; other meals and tour guides are available upon request at an extra cost. North Perth is a trendy cool neighbourhood close to the city. It has many lovely cafes, shops and entertainment outlets which are walking distance from the house. 1 minute walk to the bus stop to the city or to the beach. There is security key with a monitored alarm for your safety. Additional cost of $80 if it is lost or damaged.
