A beautiful room with a private entrance & garden/ patio. Bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk in closet. Pet friendly and fenced. Wifi Fridge TV Microwave Kettle. Dream world (10 minutes) , Wet n wild and Movie world (15 minutes) 7 minute drive to Westfield Coomera, Coles/ Woolies/ Kmart/ Target & a host of other shops, restaurants & a medical center. Bus stop a 2 minute walk & train station to both Brisbane & the Gold Coast 7 minutes away. Gainsborough greens Golf course is 9 minutes away. A well appointed accommodation with a separate private covered patio to relax in, private entrance and fenced off space. The room has a modern en-suite and walk in robe with good quality furniture and linen. The bedroom has its seperate entrance and is lockable for privacy and security. Ammenities include an Aircon, Fan, Microwave, TV, Mini fridge, Kettle with tea/ coffee sachets, Cutlery, Crockery and cleaning materials. An iron and hairdryer is available on request. Our guests have access to a private sitout and garden area enclosed by a fence so pets can move around freely. We are animal lovers and welcome pets. Pets need to be clean and toilet trained if they are inside pets. Pets are charged $10 each per day. Cleaning fee is $50 upto 7 days and $ 50 every week for long term guests. Cleaning and change of linen done weekly for long term guests. Private access to Garden/ covered patio, Bedroom en-suite and walk in robe. Use of private patio and secured space so pets can have space to run around securely. Keys to entrance gate and accommodation are provided. We live on the premises and are highly hospitable and happy to assist. If you bring your pet, we may be able to offer a pet sitting service if you need to go out and are unable to take your pet with you. Apart from the information given above we live in an area that has nice walks and interesting areas. There is a tavern and an Italian restuarant on the river a moderate walk away with a boat ramp. There is an IGA there too. Sanctuary Cove with its quaint village shops and good restaurants is 20 minutes away. So is the sanctuary cove golf course. For guests working on their boats we are close to the Gold Coast marina Boat works and 9 minutes from Dream-world. Our home is set in a quiet family neighbourhood. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and the Coomera train station is 10 minutes away. Due to Covid we take all precautions and wipe down and spray the room between guests. We expect you to spray your luggage before it enters our premises, we will have a spray sanitiser handy. That you practice good hand hygiene and let us know before arrival if you have been exposed to any covid hotspot, infection or feel unwell. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing your pet to stay.
