Loft Suite in Brisbane's Iconic Fairy House
The Fairy House is an iconic property listed on Brisbane City Council's heritage register. The cosy self-contained loft suite offers sophisticated, classic decor, modern bathroom and sweeping views over Bardon all the way to Mount Coot-Tha. The Loft Suite is one of two self contained spaces on the property, the other being a self contained studio on the floor below. The Fairy House is a well known and much loved local landmark. Guests staying in the Loft Suite at the Fairy House enjoy a cosy self-contained space with private entrance, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette facilities. Netflix, Stan and Foxtel are included as well as free to air tv. Amenities include: - Dining table and two chairs - Kitchenette with sink - Bar fridge - Microwave - Single induction hob - Cooking utensils, pot & pan - Tea/coffee making facilities with kettle and Nespresso coffee pod machine - Toaster - Wardrobe with hangers - Ironing board and iron - 32 inch TV with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and YouTube - Queen size bed - Sukin hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash - WiFi The layout of the property allows complete privacy but as we live downstairs we are available to answer any questions or offer assistance during your stay. The Fairy House is located on the border of Bardon and Paddington. Just across the road is Paddington's Latrobe Terrace where you'll find a vibrant shopping strip as well as art galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants. Suncorp stadium is a 2.5km walk or a 12 minute bus journey door to door. CBD is a 4km walk or a 17 minute bus journey Southbank parklands, GOMA, Lyric Theatre & Brisbane Convention Centre is a 4km walk or 27 minute bus journey. Easy access to three bus routes 375, 385 and 61. 10 minutes (4.2km) drive to the city; 20 minutes (16km) to the airport. There is another separate private suite on the property. The only shared access is the front entrance gate. There is no car parking on the property. There is free street parking available on the side streets around the property and we would suggest to park in Tooth Ave a side street across the road, approximately 150 metres away.
