Typical commingeoise house at the foot of the Pyre
We welcome you to Soueich in a house typical of the region (built in 1850)! It is a "Commingeoise" with its woodwork. Your room is under the recently restored attic, bed 140 with corner washbasin, table, chair, armchair, library and storage. A private bathroom and toilet are located on the lower floor. Shared kitchen and living room. A kettle, tea / infusions and coffee sticks will be at your disposal in your room ... as well as some toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, soap etc) and towels for troubleshooting! We have a fenced garden with fruit trees (apple, cherry, plum and fig tree) and a large awning to eat outside when it is hot. We also have a dog (luna) type border collie very nice and playful-dynamic ... she loves to play with children and adults too! Kitchen, living room, garden, awning outside Exchanges wherever possible Soueich is a small village of 500 inhabitants at the foot of the Pyrenees. Bikes are welcome to enjoy the many mountain biking trails or small country roads. Mountains nearby for hiking fans as well as Spain (Val d'Aran at 1 hour drive), paragliding site at Arbas (15 km), swimming pool on Aspet at 4 km. Grocery in the village and small supermarket or local market in Aspet (4 km) ... Artistic activities in summer during the arts week on Soueich and Crafts Comminges. Cultural visit to st bertrand de comminges or st gaudens ... To get by car: 50 mn from Toulouse, follow the direction of Aspet from saint gaudens, take the village center to soueich and cross the bridge then take the 1 st street on the left (behind the church). Plane: airport to toulouse train: gare to saint gaudens Family of 3 people + a dog. Karine (mosaic artist), jean pierre (mountain guide and ski instructor) and Pablo (10 years) will be happy to welcome you and discuss with you. For the more sporty, Jean pierre will be able to give you a lot of information concerning the sports and the spots of the region!
