Escape to the Anglesey countryside in this newly built, cosy, woodland retreat. The Log Cabin at Ashleigh House is a place that will warm the hearts and souls of travellers, giving you your basic needs whilst lost in the beautiful tranquility of North Wales. This is a place where time truly does stand still and the stresses of day to day life will simply melt away. The Cabin is a large, round space with pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), kitchen workspace, TV (Netflix provided), and gas fire. Master bedroom (sleeps 2) and Bathroom are separate rooms off the main room. Private garden area is still undergoing maintainence, however shared garden space/the field can be used. There are swings at the far end of the field for children, a snug little area at the top of the hill for a picnic, or just the big open space for taking in that beautiful Welsh air! PLEASE NOTE:- Currently unsuitable for children under the age of 3. Unsuitable for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. No Pets. No Smoking. Guests will have access to the whole cabin and the field, There is a small table and chairs outside the cabin. there are other three other holiday lets on the premises as well as the owners house. Guests can benefit from as much or as little interaction as they wish. Any queries and we are just a phone call away! Happy to give recommendations on the area, walks, restaurants, events etc. please don't hesitate to ask. The neighbourhood is a quaint little town that accommodates a convenience shop, a petrol station, post office, fish and chip shop and Chinese Take-Away. There is lovely Pub/Restaurant called the Gaerwen Arms that has been newly refurbished. We love it in there and would highly recommend visiting for an evening meal! There is also a fantastic bakery over on the industrial estate. (They make the best breakfast baps to take away on the island!). The Holland Arms Garden Centre is just around the corner. They have a lovely little cafe and are home to some beautiful gifts suitable for all the family. There is a bus stop just at the end of the road. Buses that can take you pretty much anywhere on the island, also Bangor. 6 minutes from Britannia Bridge, sandwiched between the A5 and the A55, it's a handy place to access the island, Snowdonia and North Wales. The village has all the things you may want for your immediate needs.
