Sleepy Cat B&B: Spacious house, central loc, pool
Our lovely home is centrally located with space to relax and great facilities. We have 3 guest bedrooms (2 queens and 1 twin/king) and four single mattresses. Unwind in the guest lounge or cook up a storm in the kitchen. Breakfast included. Our large guest lounge/dining/kitchen area is a great place to cook up a storm or put your feet up and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor area with barbecue and swimming pool (available Sept-April). The lounge can be converted to home cinema mode, featuring a 133" drop-down screen. Bedroom 1: Good-sized room (4.5m x 3.4m) with queen bed and ample wardrobe space. Bedroom 2: Good-sized room (3.0m x 3.6m) with twin singles that fit together to form a king-sized bed, you choose! Ample wardrobe space. Bedroom 3: Smaller room (3.0m x 3.0m) with queen bed. We also have two single mattresses and an air-bed that if you have a 7th/8th/9th guest or prefer separate beds (fee applies). We also let the bedrooms out individually (see separate listings for each bedroom). That might be cheaper if you are only after 1-2 of the bedrooms and are happy to share with other guests. Please be sure to read the Guest Access section and mention that you've read it when booking. The bedrooms, guest lounge/dining, outdoor entertaining area, pool (Sept-Apr) and guest bathroom are for your exclusive use. You'll be provided keys so that you can come and go as you like via a separate guest entrance. Undercover, off-street parking is provided. Access to the kitchen and laundry is shared with us but we tend to eat out when we have guests and always offer guests priority use. There is a home theatre, TV, Blu-Ray player (with Stan, Kayo and other streaming services), board-games and other sporting equipment that you are welcome to use during your stay. Various cereals, bread, condiments, juices, teas and plunger coffee are provided for breakfast. In the bathroom there is a hair-dryer, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. We inhabit the front part of the house with our own entrance, bedroom, lounge, study, bathroom and yard. To speed up the booking process, please mention that you've read the "Guest Access" section when making your reservation. We'll be at the house for at least part of each day and are happy to have a chat or offer useful tips to make your stay easier and help you uncover Adelaide's hidden gems (we also provide our local Guidebook); or are happy to give you maximum privacy and space. Torrensville is a great, central location for your stay in Adelaide giving you easy access to everything with the extra space of a suburban house and garden. Take a ride along the river to the beach or into the city. Stroll down to the nearby restaurant strip and grab a bite to eat. Our house is adjacent to a bus stop (to city & beach) and a short distance from the Linear Park cycling/walking track along the River Torrens. Adelaide Airport (4km): Just 10min by car. Restaurant strip & shops including Thai, Greek, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, pub, supermarket, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, banks, post office (1km): 10min walk CBD (4km to western side, allow extra time to get across town): 10min by car 20min by bus or cycle in (12min direct or 25min via river bike-way). Beach (7km): 12min by car 20min by bus 30min by bike (along river bike-way) We have two (sometimes) friendly cats. We'll keep the cats out of the guest area during your stay.
