Private room with bathroom, 15 minutes from centre

Nice room with private bathroom with shower. There is a fridge and combi microwave, but there is no kitchen. You will have your own entrance and behind your room is a big field you can use as your garden. Within 2 minutes you can reach the bus stop and from here it's only 10 minutes to the central station. Breakfast is not included, but you may be lucky and get a simple breakfast ;-). You have access to your own room and bathroom. When you walk out of the gate, you'll find a big field you share with the neighborhood, but most of the time you'll be the only one (although I spend a lot of time there as well). In my part of the house is a washing machine and dryer. I will do your laundry for a small fee. There is a key locker, but I also have a front door: it's up to you ;-). During your visit you can always ring my doorbell or call or text me when you have questions or fancy some chitchat. I speak Dutch, English and some Spanish. You'll find some shops and places for a simple meal close by. Many small playgrounds and are hidden in the neighborhood and there's nice big one close. Always take your phone with you when you're walking around, it's easy to get lost here. There's a bus stop in a 2-minute walking distance and you can park free in the street. A two-year-old lives in the house. Two doors separate you from my livingroom and the toddler, but I cannot guarantee you'll never hear him cry (because of pain or happiness).
