Due to the current COVID 19 virus we wish to advise that hand sanitiser is provided at our home as well as multiple bars of hand soap, tissues and disposable paper towels. All surfaces are disinfected which includes doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, remote controls, and light switches. The apartment is on the second floor with lift access. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, walk-in robe and access to the balcony; the second bedroom provides either 2 king single beds or 1 king size bed with the bathroom nearby. Kitchen appliances include a pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster, microwave, oven and induction cooktop and dishwasher. Also available are a Smart TV, digital radio and Wi-fi. Guests are also welcome to use the Bar-b-q located on the apartment balcony. All guests will be personally welcomed and assisted with Apartment access and facilities. Hosts will be available 24hrs by phone or email and can attend for assistance within 10 mins. The local area is a well established family area, ideal for picnics and bar-b-qs and popular for coastal walks and exercise. It is only a 5 min drive to the local Nightcliff and Rapid Creek markets held every Sunday morning. Casuarina Square Shopping Centre is a 5 min drive away and it is a 10 min drive via the coast to Fannie Bay, Parap, Trailer Boat, Sailing and Ski Clubs and the famous Mindil Beach markets (Thursday and Sunday evenings).
