Stylish house 2 miles from seafront/city centre.

Cosy, comfortable and stylishly decorated house with downstairs bathroom. My house is 1 mile from the Liberty Stadium(home of Swansea FC) 1.5 miles to the centre of Swansea 3.5 miles to Singleton park 4.5 miles to Morriston hospital 2.5 miles to Tesco superstore, there is also local supermarket which is a 5 minute walk. I am also convenient for m4 access. The popular fishing village of mumbles is easily accessible by car as is the Gower peninsula. You have exclusive access to my house and garden. I will try to be there to greet you on arrival. Quiet street in a safe neighbourhood. Walking distance of the Manselton hotel (local pub) which serves food. Free parking on street but if you need to use public transport the bus stop to the centre of Swansea stops right outside my front door. The buses run frequently. There is a taxi rank 5 min walk from property I’m 5 min taxi ride from bus and train station This is my ‘home’ and not a ‘holiday (Website hidden by Airbnb) it does contain my belongings and clothes.
