Angers town centre 15 minutes away and Nantes Airport 45 minutes away by car! You can easily escape to visit the Angevine region and its castles! The hostess will be delighted to share recipes, gardening tips and best places to visit in the area. New house fully equipped and decorated with taste. Free WIFI Ground floor: living room – kitchen comes with oven, fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, tea and coffee, etc) First floor: bathroom with shower, two bedrooms (first room: double bed second room: two single beds). Other equipment: washing machine, Vacuum Cleaner, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and iron board, baby cot and additional sofa bed downstairs. Comfort: geothermic floor heating, organic materials used when building and decorating. Private paved patio and BBQ to enjoy the sunshine and eat outside. Large parking area on the property. Swimming pool with safety gate for children (towels no provided) & extensive secluded garden. Touristic information and leaflets about the area in the gite and the hosts will gladly share tips and advice on this beautiful region (restaurants, castles, museums etc). Additional costs after the 3rd adult staying in the gite. The house is fully available to the guests with their own key, totally independent from the hosts’ house. Parking spaces available. Very easily accessed from motorway exit 19. Host discreet but also available (mother of older children who live away). She will happily share recipes and gardening tips and advise on places to visit around (many historical places and attractions such as Terra Botanica, Puy du Fou and Futuroscope). English speakers welcome! Rural settings which offer a tranquil escape from the bustle of modern life. On another (secluded) part of the property, you will even find a couple of chicken! Complete independence while being at walking distance of the nearby village (with all necessary amenities). Angers town centre is 15 minutes away by car We advise driving as you can arrive directly to the property and park in the large parking space on site. There is also a bus stop less than 1km away that travels between Saint-Augustin-des-Bois and Angers. You can also use the train from Champtocé.
