'Yr Ancorva' Three double bedrooms, 5+ beds.
The bungalow is a very pleasant, spacious and quiet semi detached bungalow with three double bedrooms, lounge / dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There is a small garden at the front and back with a large patio, a drive for two or three cars and a garage. It is a ten minute walk to the centre of Abergele and to the castle. Facilities include fibre broadband throughout, gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The bathroom has a bath and electric shower. The bungalow is ideal for self catering holidays to explore North Wales and Snowdonia or for working in the region. 'Yr Ancorva' is Welsh for the anchorage. Private parking is available on the bungalow drive and the road. It is important to note guests must provide their own duvet covers and pillow covers, fitted sheets and towels, except for longer stays. I want to be as flexible as possible, let me know if this is a problem. Single duvets and pillows are provided. No double duvets are provided. In addition to the main beds there are two folding beds and mattresses and a cot. It is very close to Gwrych Castle (I'm a Celeb...) and to the centre of Abergele. Just half an hour's drive to the Snowdonia National Park. The bungalow is in a quiet estate of 1960's built bungalows. The Snowdonia National Park is less than half an hours drive from the bungalow. The number 12 bus route is 5 minutes walk from the bungalow, going along the North Wales coast. I want to be as flexible as possible, such as with check in and out and making sure guests have what they want. I will be available on the phone to answer questions and sort things out. To keep the price low, I ask guests to bring their own duvet and pillow covers and towels. The bungalow has been extended twice - there is plenty of space for a cot and two additional fold up beds (which can be provided) for children.
