Panoramic bay/mountain view guest house in Ören

Independent top-floor unit with a panoramic view of the Edremit Bay and the mythologic Ida mountains. Five minutes walk to both sand beaches. 10 minutes drive to the International Edremit Airport. Ideal seaside tranquil location providing the opportunity for daily excursions to archeological sites like Pergamon and Assos, tourism attractions like the coastal town of Ayvalık, the culinary treasure Cunda Island and the weekly farmer's fruits and vegetables and local garments market in Burhaniye. An all-round terrace with full view to the idyllic valley at sunrise and the Edremit Bay at sunset Top-floor independent unit accessible via north side stairs and own entrance door. When we are on the premises, we stay in the mid-floor which is a separate flat from the rented top-floor. Otherwise, there are relatives and neighbors available for help. The house is in Ören which is the seaside resort of the main town Burhaniye situated further inland. Our neighborhood in Ören is farther enough and on higher stand from the town center to make it a peaceful and tranquil environ. Still, a 5 minutes walk will bring you to the traditional souvenir shopping and recreational center along the seashore. There is a free parking lot right next to the premises which usually has free space since the neighborhood is not dense. The local bus line operating between Ören and the main town Burhaniye has a bus-stop 100 m. away. Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood.
