The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - Dahlia, Busy Lizzy, Zenia. Busy Lizzy has 2 interconnected rooms. - All rooms offer an electric blanket, TV, electric kettle, and attached washrooms. - 2 rooms offer a king-sized bed, 1 room offers a queen-sized bed and 1 room has 2 twin beds. - The interconnected rooms also have a private patio each. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - Dahlia also offers a bathtub. COMMON AREAS - There is a common lobby in the adjoining unit of the premises and is equipped with cozy seating arrangements for more than 10 people. - The dining area is a part of the lobby and can seat up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature several lawns with gazebos spread throughout the house, with various seating arrangements, including a hammock and a swing. - There is a huge basketball/tennis court on the premises. - Soak in the morning sun from the sunroom that is equipped with glass windows and eclectic seating arrangements. - Head up to the machan and admire the beautiful views from the top. - There is a library, complete with snuggly seating arrangements and a selection of books. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. FOOD - An all-day meal package including breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided in house at an additional cost of Rs. 1350 per person, per day. - A breakfast and dinner package is available at an additional cost of Rs. 859 per person, per day. - Only breakfast can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 350 per person, per meal. Lunch/dinner can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 550 per person, per meal. - Please note breakfast will be served from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. - Guests can either opt for kitchen usage or the meal package. There is a main villa, an adjoining unit and a treehouse on the premises. Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. From Team Estate 15: Welcome Home! STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional charge of Rs. 500 per person, per day. Breakfast can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 250 per person, per meal and lunch/dinner can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 350 per person, per meal. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like pool and cards. Take a peaceful stroll on the lawn, lounge on the hammock or relive your childhood and swing away to your heart’s content. Snuggle up in the library and pick a book to read. Soak in the misty breeze from the machan. Lounge in the sunroom. Make the most of the basketball/tennis court. Request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session, on prior notice. - BBQ is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal. - The pool table can be used by 2 people at a time, at an additional cost of Rs. 200 for a duration of 30 minutes. Guests are requested to use the pool table facilities only if they know how to play. Any damages to the table will have to be borne by the guests. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are 15 bedrooms in the main villa, out of which four are occupied by the owner. The place is shared - Pets can be accommodated on prior discussion, depending on the breed. - In case of a power outage, an inverter is available. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
