Urban garden studio

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast. The accommodation has its own access from the road and to the back garden and pool. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and built-in natural gas BBQ. The studio has a Double bed, heating and air conditioning, TV and WiFi. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle and toaster. It does not have a cook top or oven. We provide coffee, tea,milk, bread, cereal, jam - enough for a light breakfast each day. It is an easy walk to laundry, shops, and restaurants. The studio is in the rear of the garden past the pool and away from the main house. It is private and secure. It is accessed through our driveway down the side of the house. Guests have access to the garden, BBQ and pool as well as their accommodation We live in the main house and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have to enhance your stay with us. Kingswood is a quiet residential neighbourhood with shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, cafes, cinema and laundry all within walking distance from the accommodation. Our street is a tree lined cul-de-sac with off street parking. Adelaide has many major events throughout the year starting with the internationally recognized cycling Tour Down Under in January followed by the Adelaide Fringe, the Adelaide Fesitival, WOMADelaide,and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival plus the annual South Australian Living Artists Festival (SALA) and Royal Adelaide Show later in the year. The newly upgraded Adelaide Oval is the home to both international and state cricket matches plus during the Australian Rules Football season the Adelaide Crows and Port Power host AFL matches. Apart from the many attractions in the CBD and around Adelaide there are many attractions within 1-2 hours from Adelaide. Close by are the wineries of the McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Adelaide Hills whilst the Barossa and Clare Valley wineries are 1-2 hours away. Cleland Wildlife Park with its many native animals and reptiles is only 20 minutes away, whilst the Monarto Safari Park is 45 minutes away. There is a bus stop to the city within a 3 minute walk from the accommodation. It is a 15 Minute bus ride to the city centre. If you need to check in after 6 pm then that is no problem as you can contact us prior to that time and we can make arrangements to leave keys. Please let us know if you wish to stay past 10am. We're quite flexible on departure time, but our ability to grant extended stays depends on the arrival time of incoming guests. Note that we have a small very sociable dog that roams through the garden and pool area.
