Small apartment tastefully furnished, set in a 2-hectare farm that guarantees absolute privacy in the silence of the Roman countryside. In the estate we boast 2 other accommodations, the Loft Suite with a large central fireplace, and the Casaletto Suite with the garden. Rome can be reached in 25 minutes by train. Perfect for people who love tranquility, the countryside, animals. In the garden you will meet a dog, cats and a very nice donkey! The summer pool allows you to cool off during the hot Roman summer. WiFi is available in the common areas. In summer you can enjoy a large swimming pool shared with the guests of the other 2 apartments, the surrounding garden, relax in the shade of the olive trees, or sunbathe on the panoramic terrace. Suggestive corners allow you to enjoy this little paradise a stone's throw from the capital. Our guests can also eat outside, taking advantage of very welcoming spaces. At their complete disposal the "barbecue" and everything needed to organize moments of rural conviviality! We usually organize a very "healthy" breakfast with biscuits and tarts produced in wood-fired ovens, jams made with our untreated fruit. We are happy to suggest and recommend places to visit, restaurants, etc ... Our neighborhood is extremely well connected to the center of Rome by train. The Colle Mattia station is a 5-minute walk away, in 20 minutes you will be at Termini. Near us are the Alban Hills, the lake of Castelgandolfo, the city of Frascati with its renowned wineries. Tivoli and Villa Adriana are about 20 minutes away.
