The house is on two floors: rustic kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The furniture is in typical Tuscan style, the ceilings are in beams and rafters. The house was renovated in 2011. Garden area with tables, chairs, barbecue and swimming pool. Guests will have access to the house in its entirety, to the garden fenced and exclusive. The pool for exclusive use. I will remain available for any eventuality, but I do not live in the house . It's a rural area, typically Tuscan, very green, small hills, cultivated fields, vineyards and woods. The area is famous for truffles and wines. For lovers, on request, can arrange tours of hunting or search truffles (depending on the season). Nearby there are golf courses, hunting grounds, and beautiful medieval villages such as Volterra and San Gimignano. Council also visit Pisa, Lucca and Siena. The house is located in the countryside, so the night could be heard verses of birds or other animals.
