Rumah Kertajaya is a premium homestay with a 'HOME' concept to apply. The house is big and spacious and designed to give as much comfort as it can for you. Only minutes away driving to food area or restaurants, Galaxy Mall and Pakuwon Mall. Airlangga University ( UNAIR) is only about 5 minutes driving, and University of Surabaya (UBAYA) is about 15 minutes drive, Institute Technology Sepuluh November (ITS) is within 5 minutes walking. About 27sqm in size, this Room can accomodates up to 3 guests. The main bed size is 180cm and a sofa bed for spare. A Kitchenette and dining table set, working desks and chest of drawers are provided. All rooms are using smart card locking system. There is an ample space for you to move around in the house. A kitchen and a diningroom for cooking simple food, a cozy sitting room, and an open sitting area by the pool side, are some of the many facilities we provide you to enjoy.
