This single house is perfect to relax in the middle of the green hills while visiting the very near heritage towns of Venice, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso and more... It is nestled on the Euganean thermal areas, on the sorrounding hills, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy nearby spas, thermal pools and wellness facilities in the nearby Montegrotto and Abano thermal towns. Single house nestled in the green of the Colli Euganei, with large internal and external spaces, large porch, large dining room and living room, fireplace, two bedrooms and separate kitchen. Garage, barbeque, table football, pool (sharing with another nearby unit), volleyball court. Car parking in the garden and full enclosure of the property for the protection of children and pets. Smaller guests will enjoy a large trampoline, double swing and tree house. The house has a large independent garden, and everything in the house is accessible. The swiiming pool is shared with the nearby property. I will be normally available for check-in and check-out, while you can reach me at the phone for assistance in using the house. I will be only limited available to answer calls during working hours. Bicycle lovers will find beautiful and scenic routes both on the road and off-road. A private car is defitely the best solution to reach the house and to move in the sorroundings. The railway station, where to board trains to Venice (30 minutes), Bologna (45 minutes), Verona (1 hour), is just 3 minutes drive away.
