Building of Historic interest.

17 th Century house, former pub .Set in Surrey hills village ideal for walking , cycling and near NT properties. Near Church and village shop. Short drive to Cranleigh village with shops and a selection of eateries ( approx 2 miles away.) Chris and Peter enjoy sharing their home and you will get a warm welcome.There is a travel cot and high chair for a small guest if needed. Two cats also live at the house. Guests can access the Snug, a small sitting room with TV which is off the kitchen; the dining room ( where breakfast is taken ), as well as their own bedroom. The bathroom is for sole use of one family or group. We will be in the property during your stay. We are on the Ride London cycle route in the Surrey hills and near Pitch Hill and Leith Hill tower. Many NT properties are in the area. The bus to Guildford with train station and shops runs past the house. Cranleigh is two miles away with lots of independent shops ,M&S food and Arts Centre. This is an old house with spiral stairs and some low beams. Sadly not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The garden is on three levels but there is a sitting area outside the dining room if those steps are too difficult. Young children need to be monitored by adults carefully if outside as there is a Well(with cover) and swimming pool. We can secure the pool area.
