Countryhouse with pool south of Milan

Authentically old countryhouse in the middle of the wine yards south of Milan with a spectacular view over the Po valley (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sqm of garden with trampoline and 10x15m pool. 1 hour from Milan by car and 1.5 hr from the beaches of Liguria. Perfect for relaxing, de-tox, biking, wine tasting good food. In wintertime super cosy and in summertime fantastic to sit outside with the glow-worms. The house is perfect for families. The pool is outdoor and open from May to September depending on the weather. Usually not heated. Possible heating for € 20/day on agreement I am living in Milan at a distance of 60 km. During the day I am more or less available Few neighbours taking care of their own business but extremely nice and helpful if needed A car is absolutely necessary. The next shop is 2km and the next shopping center with cinema etc about 10km. 2 nice restaurants at about 5km in Calvignano There is almost no telefon signal and internet is very week. The pocket wifi works quite well but is limited to 30GB the month. Unlimited (Hidden by Airbnb) , outlook and socials. There is a TV but not stereo. The pool is outdoor and open depending on the weather from May to September. Usually not heated but it could be heated on mutual agreement. On the first floor there is one bathroom . The second one is near the entrance and even though having a shower it is more like a guest's WC. Not really nice. Sorry. The cooking gas works fine but the automatic for switching on is not working. Switching on is easy with help of a lightener.
