A secluded and peaceful retreat

The retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and adjoins a large French Provincial style family property, overlooking its own manicured grounds with elegant water features and a grand saltwater pool. It is ideally situated within walking distance to Mt Eliza village and its family friendly beaches, at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula and its wineries. The accommodation has been newly renovated and is comprised of a generous double bedroom with a brand new ensuite bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living area with french doors to a private outdoor area. From these doors, you can also access the beautifully landscaped grounds, including both the rose garden and pooL Parking is available directly outside of the accommodation and the entrance is separate from the main house. Mount Eliza is situated at the gateway to Victoria's World famous Mornington Peninsula, home to incredible beaches, wineries and stunning golf courses. Mt Eliza itself is a a delightful seaside village with an array of shops, restaurants and bars. We recommend guests bring a car as that is the best way of getting around the local area. A guest parking space is provided directly in front of the accommodation. Please note that the pool is closed over the winter months, between May and September.
