A small cosy 1 bedroom cottage in Brynrefail just a few hundred yards from Padarn Lake and Padarn country park. Within walking distance to access the mountains. The cottage is full of style and character. On the ground floor you have the living room with a multi fuel stove, sky Q, Netflix & WIFI. The Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine, frezer with access to the enclosed garden area. Double bed with wardrobe storage and bathroom can be found on the first floor. The Cottage is situated in a peaceful village of Brynrefail which is in a stunning and idyllic location. It's within easy access to the village of Llanberis and the start of the main Snowdon footpath. The house has many of it’s original character including the pointed stone walls in the living room , hallway and bedroom. The kitchen is compact with Electric under floor heating, integrated fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The cottage has a separate utility room which includes a washer dryer, sink and freezer. Bath with electric shower. All towels and bed linen are provided. WIFI internet is provided at the property including smart TV and Sky Q. There is a anti bacterial gel dispenser on the side board after entering the house and there is also cleaning supplies for guests to use during there stay, should they wish. There’s sachets of coffee, sugar, tea and milk on arrival. In the village we have Caban Café which is open daily from 9am-4pm in case you can’t be bothered making your self some breakfast or lunch. The property has a multi fuel stove and electric heaters. On street parking You can get hold of me just a few doors down or just on the end of the phone. Close to the Post Office and Caban Café. We have regular bus services coming through the village. These time tables may vary in winter or when we have planned roadworks in the area.
