"The Inspectors House" is situated in beautiful Alcester, in Warwickshire. Close to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Cotswolds and the city of Birmingham, this early 20th Century family home has spacious rooms, along with all the modern amenities that you could need for your trip away. Pubs, Restaurants, Shops and supermarkets are walkable from the house, with an off-road parking space. Perfect for a family break or a trip away with friends, it really is a home away from home. The Courtyard is shared with the owner of the property and at this time is not available for use** Downstairs: Kitchen: You will find everything you need - Electric oven, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer combo, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer with a large kitchen table and chairs Living room: A welcoming, bright space which seats 6 with a TV unit. The front entrance opens directly into the Living room with a large window looking out onto the High Street. Dining room: Large dining room table which seats 6 comfortably along with a music system, games and books which you are free to use. You will also find a downstairs toilet with sink towards the rear of the house Upstairs: 3 bedrooms made up of 1x Queen Bed and 2x twin rooms making it perfect for a larger group Family bathroom with a bath with a shower above. -All linen for beds and towels are provided. Off road parking space so you can come and go to your hearts content. While you stay at the "Inspectors House" it's your home. You'll have your own key and private entrance at the front of the property. We live directly next door to the Inspectors House so are around to give any recommendations or help with issues. We're available through mobile or email. We are here for as much or little as you need us. Alcester is a bustling, market town with bunting up all year round. With markets and food festivals, there is alway something to do. A fantastic selection of pubs, Alcester is a great base to explore the wider Warwickshire/Worcestershire area. Local buses run regularly into Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding areas. Otherwise, Alcester is in the ideal location to hit the road and explore Warwickshire and Worcestershire with direct roads with superb links. To access the house, we would ask that you use the front door only and not use the back door at all. The rear courtyard is used by the Airbnb owners who live next door. A back-door key will be available for emergency exit next to the door itself. 2. The front house key will be in a key box that is to the right hand side of the front door. The code will be sent to you prior to your check in. The owner, Paul, lives in the house next door and shares the rear courtyard. Any difficulties or issues, please do contact any of the hosts. Cleaning: We have followed the code of practice recommended by Airbnb and all handles, surfaces and cupboards have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your stay. All bed linen has been washed to the recommended temperature and duration to uphold clean and safe standards.
