There is a sperate studio attached to garage down the driveway currently used as rental, a single male nurse works at NZ blood is living in it, he is very polite and quiet, and travels a lot due to his work, almost every second week,he will be working at different labs all over the country, so you might hardly notice he is living in that unit.
