This is rentable separately, garden is shared with annex but will be separated with a small picket fence I live a short distance away so happy to help at short notice if required. Walkable from property to dynefwr estate and newton house. Half a mile from town centre and less than half a mile to nearest pub and restaurant. Guidebook updated recently with links I have an oil Rayburn which is difficult to cook on (taken me years) therefore we placed an electric oven and hob in the utility room for ease. A40 is at the bottom of the garden with mature hedge so not visible but can be heard from a distance at times (more noticeable with lorries or motor bikes) not audible from inside the property. Annex is detached and in the grounds of the house (may be rented separately) Additional freezer space and bike storage available in the large shed at driveway.
