Set on top of an elevated 24 acres of peaceful rural land with stunning views. This property is perfect for a weekend getaway from the city or anyone wanting to explore the beautiful Queensland Scenic Rim. This self contained 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern home is perched on an elevated 24 acre block including 2 x entertaining areas to enjoy a barbeque with friends or family while enjoying the sunset. The home also boasts 2 x lounge rooms, TV, air conditioning, washing machine as well as all kitchen and bedding amenities provided. A double garage is also attached for parking. We have a fire pit for guests to enjoy during their stay. We do ask you bring your own untreated wood if you wish to use it or we can provide wood at an additional cost. Please note no parties or events can be held on our property. We also have a no pet policy. We have 2 x dams so therefore recommend that children are accompanied by an adult when exploring outside. A new rule has been enforced by the local council limiting the number of guests allowed on the property. The maximum number of guests we can have staying at one time is 8. This number includes children and infants. There is a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine onsite, however if you wish to use this please provide your own pods. These can be purchased from Woolworths or Coles. Spend time walking through the expansive gardens on the property including an orchard and vineyard or take time to visit nearby attractions including dams, national parks and walking trails. There are 2 main towns located nearby. The nearest town is Rathdowney located approximately 10 minutes away which has a general store, gas station and a pub. Beaudesert is approximately 20 minute drive and it is recommended that guests stock up on food here at the supermarket on your way through.
