*BRAND NEW AIRCON* Situated up one of the quiet laneways of Margate is our recently renovated 1940s beach cottage, awaiting your arrival. With such close access to the beach, you’ll be swimming, BBQing or relaxing within 10mins of your arrival. Margate, Woody point & Redcliffe restaurants are walk, ride or drive from the front door. Take the boardwalk all the way along the beach front to Redcliffe center. Great for couples, families with kids over 2 years, business travellers & holiday makers. The beach cottage is easily accessed up a lane way, only 25m from the sea. You have full privacy and exclusive use of the cottage, front and back deck plus a back yard. Stay cool with ceiling fans,ocean breezes and our fabulous new air conditioner. Your cottage has private kitchen facilities available with a welcome pack to start your holiday. We also recommend using the excellent council barbeques on the beach front, breakfast to dinner time access, great for entertaining guests. BBQ kit included to assist you. Unlimited WIFI is also available including Netflix access to watch all the latest releases. *Photo ID is required for all guests to confirm your booking, please provide PRIOR to your arrival. Guests also have use of an undercover car park during their stay. Free parking available at the beachfront for your visitors and guests. Private backyard can be accessed via the garage and directly from back deck. We live in the main house on the property and are always accessible to attend. We are very mindful of guests privacy, but can be easily contacted by text message or simply by knocking on the door of the main house. On Margate Parade our laneway is just north of the fabulous Red Dolphin Fish and Chip shop. Easy to spot as it’s red!! Public transport on the foreshore is a local bus connecting in a loop to Kippa-ring train station. The train from this station takes you into Brisbane City. We have a local driver available for pick ups & drop offs to the airport for $50 one way to and from the cottage. Please let us know if you would like to access this service.
