The apartment is only 100 meters away from the Scerne beach , it is a perfect place to spend your summer holidays in a relaxed way. JUST IN FRONT OF THE HAPIMAG RESORT. Around the apartment, guests will find a selection of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and wine bar featuring local gastronomic products. Nearby also minimarket, newsagent and a very nice playground for children. Scerne is a small town between Pineto and Roseto degli Abruzzi, both only 4 km. Just in front, you will find the Hapimag Resort where you can rent a bike and go all over the beautiful cycle lane reaching Pineto and beyond, all along the Adriatic Sea. Only 2 minutes walking, you will find the Train Station where you can get trains to Pineto, Roseto, Pescara and more places in Abruzzo. Cleanig fee: 30 Euros, to pay when check-in. HOUSE RULES: • Smoking is prohibited. • In order to respect our neighbours, we kindky ask you to avoid loud noises. • Please, use properly all the apartment's tools and furniture. • Switch off all the lights before going out. • 30 Euros will be charged for lost keys. • Please throw rubbish in the bins provided in various places and help us keep the apartment as clean and tidy as possible.
