Dreamy Lakehouse Getaway on Robinson Pond

Hello, hygge! Our renovated lakehouse on idyllic 100-acre non-motorboat Robinson Pond was designed as our dream getaway. Soak in the water views from every room, walk onto the deck or patio (and hot tub!) from sliding doors that let the outside in, kayak or paddle board from our private dock, project movies on the big screen, make pizzas in the outdoor oven, play foosball or air hockey, sit around the wood burning stoves or fire pits, walk to sandy beaches and marvel at all the wildlife. Our lakehouse is ideal for groups of friends, couples, or two families with kids (The largest bedroom has four bunks). It’s close to Millerton, Hillsdale and Hudson, but once you settle in to this hideaway of a spot, you’ll feel a world away from it all. Our house is uniquely situated on a triple lot on a point, so there is lots of privacy and space. You are welcome to use all of our kayaks canoes paddle boards bikes and other implements of fun. You and your guests will have access to our entire home and property. Enjoy and please take care! Robinson pond is a private lake community that was settled in the 1950s and retains a sweet, casual, super fun and chill vibe. A typical day starts with a morning swim and coffee on the dock, maybe a kayak trip a few miles up the Roe Jan river, lunch on the deck, hikes, a pizza party on the patio with the outdoor oven, a sunset swim at the beach, reading by the fire or in the hot tub. It’s a great place to recharge and connect—and truly hard to leave.
