There are quiet country lanes suitable for walking and jogging and the Green Man pub is a pleasant 15min walk. The towns of Twyford and Wokingham, both just a short 10 minute drive away, offer good restaurants and pubs and a choice of all the main Supermarkets. There are excellent rail links to London via Twyford into Paddington, 27 mins fast train, and Wokingham into Waterloo. You will have the whole place to yourself.
