Are you a group that enjoys hiking, surfing, scuba diving or skydiving? Are you interested in Roman ruins, medieval villages, museums? This spacious apartment with terrace (three bedrooms, 90 m2), very comfortable, bright and well oriented, is a very good option for one or two families with children or for a medium group of friends. Because of its enviable location in the center of the Bay of Roses, the village of Sant Pere Pescador becomes an excellent platform for endless activities that offer its incredible dune beaches and the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà or to visit nearby towns like Cadaqués, Roses, L'Escala, Figueres or the ruins of Empúries. IMPORTANT: In order to avoid a waste of time, before booking or asking questions, please read the description and the rules of procedure. We will be pleased to answer to your questions or doubts. The apartment is located in the urban center of Sant Pere Pescador, just 3 km far from the beaches and the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. I’ts a very quet area, however, close to all services that the village offers (shops, post office, bus stop, bars, restaurants, sports, supermarket, gas station ...). Ideal for up to 5 people - Possibility to accommodate 6 people, even exceptionally more. Extra beds colud be placed in rooms and / or common areas if necessary. Contact the owner for this. The apartment consists of: - Three rooms : - 1 double bedroom with a double bed - Another double room with two single beds that can be joined - 1 single room with a bed plus anr occult other one that can be prepared on request - Ample lounge-dining room very bright (Two sofas, extendable table, TV ...) - Terrace with table and chairs - Equipped kitchen (microwave, large fridge-freezer, gas fireplaces and oven, capsule coffee maker, juicer, water boiler, kitchen tools, cutlery ...) - Outdoor area with automatic washing machine - Full bath with bathtub - WC with sink The whole house painted recently, new floor and new or in good condition furniture and decoration. Natural plants. To avoid unnecessary and expensive purchases during short stays, we provide you with basic kitchen and bath products (oil, sugar, coffee, tea, dishwasher, cooking role, toilet paper, shampoo, gel shower ...) Free WIFI There is no swimming-pool or elevator (it's a second floor). If you need it, we can let you keep bicycles, baby stroller, crew or sports equipment at the garage so you do not have to carry it up to the apartment - Although we love animals, for reasons of hygiene and allergies, PETS are not allowed. LGBT community and people of all origins are welcome You can dispose of the entire flat. The apartment is not shared nor are there rooms closed. So that you can enter and leave when you want, you will have keys of the door of the building and of the garage (in case you need to store luggage, bikes or sports equipment). - The owner lives in the same building, on the floor above... it will be easy to contact me directly or by phone. If you have any question, I will be at your disposal for anything I can do for you. I Can speak French, English, Spanish and Catalan The best option to get there is by road, in your own car, that in addition it will allow you to quickly move to the beaches or any other point of interest of the area (there is much to see !! !) Free parking lots very close Another option is to arrive in Figueres by conventional train, for TGV (connection with Barcelona, Girona and France) or by bus and then take the bus line to Sant Pere or rent a car. If time permits, we could even give you a pick up at the Figueres train station. There are nearby airports, Girona and Perpignan. There is bike rental service in the village IMPORTANT NOTE: Travelers who make a reservation confirm that they have read and accepted the entire description of the advertisement and the rules of procedure below. + RULES OF THE HOUSE After some unpleasant surprises, we have decided to be more restrictive about travelers who make booking for the first time. therefore a minimum of a positive comment given by a host will be necessary for the booking to be accepted automatically. What the household includes: - bedding, towels, -floors, bathroom and toilet, -dust furniture, windows and mirrors, -the kitchen and work plan, exterior and interior fridge, It corresponds to the tenants to take care of the apartment and the furniture during all the stay). What is not included in the cleaning and do the tenants must do: - Cleaning of sand (please, make the necessary one for avoiding to put sand of beach in the apartment, thank you!) - the dishes (which must be washed and put back in its place), -the oven (which must be cleaned if used), - all utensils, objects and furniture must be tidied up and returned to their original place, -the trash (which must be selected and trown by travelers). - If you smoke, please, do it on the terrace - If you have pets, we will thank you for informing us with anticipation. Take into account that you will be responsible for their conduct and you will take charge of possible damage and dirt caused by them. Please, avoid that they go up to sofas and beds. Although the cancellation is strict (you can cancel up to 7 days before the trip and receive a 50% refund, plus service rates), we offer you the possibility to change dates. Conditions: Notify minimum with three days of anticipation. The new reserve will be limited to the available dates, within the maximum period of one year from the original booking. If the price of the new booking is higher, the difference will be paid or a reduction in the number in days will be agreed with the owner. - In case of loss of the set of keys, a plus of 80 euros will be charged. - To ensure security, and keep the place clean and quiet, foreign visitors will not be admitted in the apartment.
