This unit is designed and set up for the for affordable comfortable travel. Centrally located this brick and tile unit is one level and a great alternative . Positioned at the back of the unit complex of 4 units on the North Eastern side backing onto a residential house and another unit block of 4 you are walking distance to a major shopping center being Hinkler Central. A great short stay set up with the separate toilet bathroom & laundry in between both Queen Bedrooms giving ample space between sharing guests for better privacy instead of having a common wall. Each bedroom has a quality Queen ensemble bed which is triple sheeted, reverse cycle air conditioner, a fan, and built in cupboards. The living area is spacious with a 55inch smart TV comfortable couch and 4 seater dining table the kitchen being practical for 2 bedroom unit for basic cooking and eating needs. There is a remote single lock up garage and also 2 guest carparking on the common property along the western fence line which is shared with the other 3 units. There is also public parking available out the front of the complex for larger vehicles. Extras included: - All beds are made up with fresh quality linen - One bath towel per guests is supplied - Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days - Complimentary wi-fi free of charge Guests will have full reign of the house, excluding any locked rooms. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. This unit is conveniently located between some of Bundaberg's main roads, making it a quick trip to any nearby shopping centers or attractions. Being close to one of Bundaberg's High Schools, you may have some traffic noise during the day on weekdays. After a short 10 minute walk you will find yourself at one of Bundaberg's major Shopping Centers, a short while further you will come to Bundaberg's CBD, filled with many boutique shops and cafes sitting along the scenic Burnett River. The closest Bus Stop is just a 2 minute stroll from the unit and cabs are also available in the area. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
