Beach on the door step shops/restaurant's/Funtasia/bowling/casino/Tesco/Bus stop/dry cleaner/take away's/swimming pool/pubs/hair dress/spa 50 mins to Dublin airport Less than an hour to Dublin Sea view from window Tea/coffee/water. No access to kitchen King & Single bed Dublin/ Belfast trains 3km away Bus stop outside the door Dry cleaners across the road We host another room, capacity 2/3 Your room is on the top floor and 2 flights of stairs to get to it. A TV with a great selection of channels is in your room. En-suit. Views over of the sea. Redecorated 2022 New linen quilts/pillows No access to a kitchen but tea/coffee/fridge/toaster/microwave are available for guest use on the landing. A jug of water is in the fridge. Plates/bowls and cutlery are provided. If you'd like a tea or coffee upon arrival you can help your self. Guests share this area so we ask you to be courteous and keep all areas clean. If you do eat/drink in your room please treat with respect and clean any spillages immediately. If any areas are spoiled/soild/damaged extra charges may need to be recouped. Thanks for your understanding PPE is preferred for all at this time. COVID precautions are in place upon entry please avail. Hall/stairs landing to your room. 2 flights of stairs. Sorry no access to kitchen/sitting room but tea/coffee/fridge/toaster/microwave are available for guest use on the landing. The main entrance door must be kept locked after use. If you have difficulty operating the handle please bring this to my attention. We ask guests to be mindful that other guests maybe resting/sleeping and to keep the noise levels low. At check-in, happy to assist with general questions about the area. Bettystown, Laytown and Mornington beach are all connected and stretch for miles The beach is used for all kinds of wonderful activities such as kite surfing to horse racing Funtasia is directly next door to us and has fair ground attractions, a bowling ally and a casino Restaurants, takeaways and pubs are with in walking distance or you could hop on a bus to Drogheda for shopping etc Dublin and Belfast around an hour away by car The buses and coaches go directly past the accommodation. 2 guest rooms in shared house can occupy 5/6 guests. 2/3 in each room. Bus stop directly outside the front door with public buses and Matthews coaches providing access to Drogheda/Dublin/Belfast. Laytown train station just a few miles away running services to Dublin and Belfast City centres Or you can use a taxi service Our home was refurbished recently.
