Lovely wooden stair leads to your own private room in second floor, a small balcony in your floor to help you enjoy landscape outside better. A comfortable queen size bed in your room, shared large bathroom including hot tub. Full shared kitchen appliances, large dining room and living room, a shared laundry is located downstair. You could access all the common space besides your own private room, like dining room, living room, backyard and etc. I will be available at home most of time in a day, if you need some help, don't hesitate to tell me. 10 min walking to Burwood one shopping centre, next to Holland Gully where it's a nice place for walking, lots of restaurants nearby, for example KFC. Go south to Burwood Hwy, you could access public transports and shopping area there. You could park your car on street.
