It's quiet and extremely spacious property and completely seperate from the main house. Simple and modern features will provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located 30m from the main house and has it's own private entrance via a side gate, immediately next to its allocated parking space. I'm available to message 9am to midnight every day of the week via the Airbnb app Downton Abbey, i.e. Highclere Castle, the largest mansion in Hampshire and the country seat of the Earls of Carnarvon is only 15 minutes away Vodafone headquarters is just 5 minutes away Shaw House is the largest Elizabethan house in Berkshire, restored in 2007 and is just 2 minutes away Newbury is known worldwide for its excellent horse racing events - Newbury Racecourse is one of the most picturesque courses in the UK and is just 5 minutes away A visit to The Living Rainforest is a rare opportunity to see some of the wonderful plants and wildlife that the world is losing as rainforests disappear and is only 10 minutes away If you drive, the M4 and A34 are 5 minutes away. Newbury railway station is a 15 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive away. There is a bus stop just at the end of the drive. A cycle path also runs past the drive. By train, Reading is a 15 minute ride and London Paddington is only 42 minutes. There is a fan in the kitchen drawer that works in either cooling or heat modes
