Woodpecker Lodge

Our lovely Lodge in a beautiful location is set on a very quiet park in deepest West Wales. Wildlife is all around with the beach a 5 minute drive away + beautiful country and estuary walks literally on your doorstep. In the evenings we have a local bar/restaurant a short walk away or the village of Llansteffan (a 5 minute drive) . Sit back relax and de-stress in peace, quiet. If you enjoy wildlife or shoreline nature you will love it here I guarantee Come and see Wilfy our beautiful Woodpecker Woodpecker is a lovely two bed lodge which sleeps up to 4 people. The bedrooms are separated into one with a double bed and one with two singles. The bathroom has a shower sink and loo. The kitchen is fitted and has a kettle, toaster, Microwave, oven and hob and fridge. The lounge has a three seater settee and chair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a TV and DVD player a fire and lamps. Externally there's a lovely garden area with decking and bird feeding stations where you can watch the incredible local wildlife. . On site is a children's play area a beautiful area (6 acre field and top field) with beautiful sea views The Coastal path can also be accessed on site. There are no shops on site so best to bring your food etc with you. We are very lucky to be surrounded by outstanding natural beauty. Locally we have the surrounding countryside and beached of Llansteffan and Carmarthenshire, while a 20-30 min car journey will take you to Pembrokeshire beautiful coastline and towns like Tenby. There are many local historical and modern attractions like Llansteffan Castle, Dylan Thomas Boat House, the county town of Carmarthen and Swansea. We also have Folly Farm, Oakwood Park and many other leisure parks near bye. Rain or shine there's plenty to do and enjoy yourselves. There are no shops or club house that's the beauty of it ;-) We are always available to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.
