Our family rent for your holidays in Umbria, two typical houses. We have infact two villa in the same property. The first one it's for 6-7 persons (it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with kitchen and big fireplace). The second one villa it's divided into two ministudio for 2-3 persons. They have indipendant entrance, but if necessary, they could trasformed into an appartment. However each studio has 1 bedroom+1bathroom+living room with little kitchen. All around our villa we have gardens and olive fields. See our site for photos and more informations (Website hidden by Airbnb) APARTMENT "IL CASALE": The heart of the apartment “Il Casale” is the room that the guest will find immediately in front of him opening the door. Here you will find a large wooden dining table for eight people, a kitchenette with oven where you can prepare any kind of delicacy and especially the beautiful fireplace where you can also sit inside on the comfortable side seats. From this room you have access to the three bedrooms and the hallway of the two bathrooms, provided with window, bathroom, hair dryer and shower. The three rooms (double bedroom, twin bedroom and a room with one bed and a three quarter bed) have three different exposures and all of them are provided with a wide walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables and hand painted chest of drawers for your luggage. A distinctive feature is the terracotta floors and high ceilings with wooden beams. APARTMENT "APE": The mini flats “Ape” and “Picchio” have in common the entrance hall, characterized by a tiled floor, wooden beams on the ceiling, and a fireplace to warm your evenings. From this room, through the hallway, you reach the apartment “Ape” in yellow colour. On the left it overlooks the garden and the olive field. At the entrance hall we find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, a majolica dining table for six people, a corner cabinet containing basic kitchen tools and a single sofa bed is available if necessary. From the kitchen you have access to the double bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs and TV. Next to the bedroom you’ll find a bright bathroom with window, bathroom and a large shower. APARTMENT "PICCHIO": Crossing the room shared with the apartment “Ape”, through the hallway, opening the door in front of you, you enter the apartment “Picchio”, characterized by colors in blue shades. The first room on the right is the double bedroom, with a large wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs and TV. Next to the bedroom you’ll find a comfortable bathroom equipped with window, shower and toilet and a large kitchen with stove, table for 4 people, a wooden sideboard , a wooden hand-made decorated trunk and a three quarter sofa is available if requested.This north- exposed flat is very relaxing and from the windows you can admire the village of Sant’Egidio, a lovely picture! Guests can also take advantage of: Car park (free), Garden furniture, Garden 1000 m², Mountainbike, Barbecue, Exercise Bike, Firewood (Free). Close to us you will find: Restaurant, Swimming pool, Railway station (7 min.), Supermarket, Riding school, Shopping Center Collestrada, Car rental, Spa, Perugia airport (2 min.)
