Big apartment in a gorgeous villa with shared pool

Welcome to Casa Ciao Bella. A big apartment in a beautiful country house in Carassai. A great place to spend your holiday with your family and friends. The apartment is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house and has a private entrance. There is a big kitchen, living room and a big roof terrace on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 twin rooms; 2 bedrooms have their private bathroom and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa has a well-kept garden with a swimming pool (8x5m). The apartment is situated in a beautiful, historical villa with views of rolling hills and vineyards, a pool and a garden. It is located on the edge of the village Carassai. The villa is an oasis of peace and tranquility. In the garden you will find fig trees, fresh herbs, apricot, apple and pear trees, a real 'pick your own' garden. Also a small olive grove is part of the garden. At the swimming pool there are sunbeds and umbrella's, where you can enjoy a drink and read a book. From the villa you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the beach in less than 15 minutes by car and the Monti Sibilini - a beautiful park - in less than an hour. On the ground floor of the villa there are two other independent apartments. The villa can also be rented completely, for max 12 persons. Please inform about the possibility if you are interested. The villa has its own parking place I live in a private house on the edge of the garden, together with my dog, Dante (a shy and friendly rescue dog) and available for questions, tips and a chat. The beach is a 15 min drive away, there are many beautiful, historical villages nearby, as there are many vineyards to visit, tasting wine and buying them. In the summer there are many food festivals in the area where you can taste the local food and wines amongst the locals. - The swimming pool (8x5m) is shared with other guests and is open from mid-June until mid-September Only in consultation, in advance, dogs are welcome. The supplement is 5 Euros per day per dog.
