Located overlooking the river and garden, visible from the veranda. One double and two single bunks. Features air-conditioning; full kitchen with fridge, oven, stovetop and convection microwave; bathroom; veranda with outdoor seating; lounge and dining area; TV and DVD. Set in the heart of East Gippsland, your accommodation can be found on the banks of the flowing Mitchell River, just minutes from Bairnsdale’s town center. While staying with us you’ll have access to a great range of features and facilities including swimming pool, jetty access, barbecue areas, laundry, free wifi, children’s swing set, camp kitchen and more. We'll be available 7.30am – 7.30pm, 7 days a week or 8am to 6pm from June to August. Choose to spend your getaway relaxing or get outdoors and discover the endless natural attractions of Bairnsdale and its surrounds. For fishing enthusiasts, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to cast a line in the expansive lakes, estuaries, rivers, and beaches spread throughout the region. You can even fish directly from the park into the waters of the Mitchell River, often teaming with bream year-round. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery we recommend heading to Victoria’s High Country. Or for natural wonders, take a quick trip to the nearby Buchan Caves. The honeycomb of caves are filled with spectacular limestone formations and can be explored solo or on a guided tour. Located 3.5 hours north-east of Melbourne in Victoria’s East Gippsland Region, your accommodation is in the country town of Bairnsdale. Getting around the town is easy, just ask our friendly team during reception hours for public transport information. Please note, this accommodation is situated inside a holiday park/resort and facilities outside of your room are communal.
