It consists with living room kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms and bathroom. In the vegetable garden and synergic vegetable garden possibility to find and taste seasonal fruits and vegetables. Apartment recently refurbished from Buti's family old Farmhouse. It is completely situated on the first floor, accessible by the stairs that finish on a small semi covered terrace with a view of the seaside. The entrance is on the living room with tv and sofa-bed; on the left there is the fully furnished kitchen with electric oven and fridge. Between day and night zone there is a passageway with the washing machine and cleaning stuff, then you can find the bathroom with shower and the 2 double bedrooms: the first one has a view of the sea and the countryside, and there is space also for a bunk bed; the second one has a view on an olive grove and on the medieval town of Rosignano Marittimo, and there is space for a further single bed. The small farm is easily achievable and close to turistic sites: -1.5km from the Rosignano Marittimo exit of via Aurelia (SS1) -5km from the Rosignano Marittimo exit of the highway A12 (E80) Its proximity with the highway will let you easily reach cities like Pisa (45 min), Florence (1.5 hours), versilia area (1h), Chianti and Val d'orcia through Volterra (1,5 h). Moreover in 40min by car you can reach Piombino harbour to reach Elba island. Markets, shops and the seaside are few minutes away from the house. Choose your favorite garden: -The "Oasi Blu" garden is perfect for serenity moments. It is a wide and coloured space to complete a holiday full of wellness: green grass, Intense colour on the background, barbecue, and a Hammock recall the atmosphere of the seaside and relax. -Immersed in a world of flowers dominated by roses the "Giardino delle Rose" creates a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. A second house in the green space equipped with a small kitchen supplied with fridge/freezer, hob and gas oven. There are a barbecue and a swing for relaxing and plenty of space to enjoy your holiday!
