Beach House next to Rome

Enjoy your stay in this cozy flat with sea and beach, by using the balcony to have a breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner in the night looking at the moon reflecting on the waves. The flat is composed by 3 rooms: 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with small double bed, 1 living room with sofabed, dinette with kitchenette, bathroom. TV, washing machine, dishwasher. 3 balconies. 20km from Rome close to ZOOMARINE, CINECITTAWORLD Very close to the beach, only 10 metres of distance. At first floor without lift. You can have a nice holiday in a peaceful and beautiful site. Also in other seasons. There is a kitchen area with washingmachine, dishwasher, a big fridge and freezer. Dinnerware complete, tablecloths and silverware. Espresso machine for coffe and cappuccino. Two TV (big and little) the little one with USB port. You may use the armchairs in the balcony and relax reading a book and listening sound of the see drinking a tea or a coffee. Guests have access to whole apartment. Torvajanica is a very little town at 30 km from Roma. There are a lot of people of different nationality, who stay for work or holiday. At 20 km, there are Anzio and Nettuno, the town where allied troop landed during the second war. In Anzio there is the American munumental Cemetery. The first neighborhood you meet when you arrive in Roma from Torvajanica, is Roma EUR, a nice and modern neighborhood with a park and artificial lake. There you can find the Underground Line B, for the centre of Rome, the best solution if you wanna go to visit Rome. In 10 minutes the tube will transporte you at Basilica of San Paolo (one of 4 basilicas of catholic religion). In 15 minutes at Colosseo, in 20 at Termini Station with access to the other Underground Line A (for Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, Fontana di Trevi...). How to reach Torvaianica with public transport: There is a BUS stop in Roma Laurentina (metro B LINE, that relate Termini Central Station, Tiburtina Station). The bus arrive in Torvaianica and you have to hop off at Florida beach (Cross via Atene next La bussola restaurant) at 50 metres from the flat. For public transport from Fiumicino Airport and Ciampino Airport, please read my PUBLIC TRANSPORT GUIDE. We reccomand use of car, even though there is a bus for Rome (every 30 minutes). If you wanna go to visit some attraction in Torvajanica you can visit Zoomarine (an acquatic park), or Cinecittà world (a tematic park of Cinema attractions). Last but no least, an Outlet shopping Center with more of 50 fashion shops: Castel Romano Outlet - McArthur and Glenn. Unfortunately our friends pets and animals are not allowed. Please remember that TOURIST TAX in Torvaianica is euro 1,00 per day per person (to be added to the final price), until to a maximum of 10 days. The Tourist Tax goes directly to the Municipality of Pomezia.
