There is a Full-size bed in a Private bedroom featuring a Spa Sensations Memory Foam Mattress (and box spring) and 2 Gel Memory Foam Pillows and 2 Beautyrest Down Alternative Pillows available, which can accommodate up to two people in the room you have rented. Enjoy the use of the following areas: Shared kitchen; Note: there are some cooking limitations, such as: no cooking of onion, garlic, pesto or pungent odor foods; no cooking after 8pm (please refer to house manual); Shared Bathroom; Front Porch; and Back Patio Street Parking available directly in FRONT of house NOTE: Living Room, Laundry Room, Fire Pit, and Outside Hose/water are NOT AVAILABLE for use. You are staying in a shared home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. You have access to your private bedroom, as well as partial use of the kitchen, and then the bathroom, front porch and back patio. I will be available to offer help throughout the stay. While our cleaning crew is extremely thorough, we hate for anything to fall between the (Website hidden by Airbnb) if you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out...even if it's a roll of toilet paper. NOTE: I am essential healthcare who works with active older adults; and one of the requirements of my job is to be weekly COVID tested. My house is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis and if you are running a fever or have been sick prior to booking, please do not book my home as I can’t take the chance with the fragile clientele I work with on a regular basis. Public Transportation within a couple of blocks walking distance: Train: SW Service Metra Service (Downtown Chicago to Manhattan) Chicago Ridge Station within walking distance from home (schedule in photos) although it is very limited on the weekends, but the Orange Line is just 15 minutes away. Pace Bus Service: 6 Connecting Routes Service Chicago Ridge Route 384 (comes from Midway Airport) Route 385 (comes from Midway Airport and goes to Moraine Valley Valley Comm College) Both Pace Routes 384 & 385 are within walking distance to home and connect to other Routes (maps in photos) All Guests MUST have a photo on profile in order for me to know who will be staying; so if the profile picture is only for one of you, please message a photo of the second person (plus a copy of their drivers license or state ID) through AirBNB messenger so again I can see all that will be staying. I do not accept children under 12 years old as my home is not suitable. It would be nice if you are vaccinated so if you are, please show proof of vaccine (card) upon arrival before entry to home. Towel/hand towel/washcloth, bedding, linens and pillows included. Please be respectful when using towels and bed linens, etc. as any damages to towels, linens (or any other household item) due to makeup, oily hair products, or oily lotions will be taken out of the security deposit for replacement or reimbursement for additional cleaning that was required to bring item back to acceptable condition. TV with basic cable included and Internet Closet and hanging shelving unit (in closet) available for use as well as shelving unit below TV.
